鋼筋加工棚:還有一些你不知道的事兒

鋼筋加工棚是施工現(xiàn)場內(nèi)對(duì)鋼筋進(jìn)行拉直、彎曲、焊接等鋼筋加工作業(yè)的場地。鋼筋加工棚長和寬尺寸,要根據(jù)鋼筋加工數(shù)量和使用機(jī)械的多少確定加工棚的大小,一般情況有6*9m、6*12m、9*12m等幾種,可以根據(jù)實(shí)際情況酌情采用,也可自行設(shè)計(jì)長寬尺寸。

現(xiàn)有技術(shù)的鋼筋加工棚一般為鋼管搭設(shè)式的,先在現(xiàn)場利用扣件將多根鋼管扣接搭設(shè)成加工棚的整體式鋼結(jié)構(gòu),該鋼結(jié)構(gòu)包括四根位于四角的鋼管立柱和四根鋼管橫梁,每根鋼管橫梁的兩端分別與兩根鋼管立柱的頂端固定,上述四根鋼管立柱和四根鋼管橫梁構(gòu)成了整體式鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的鋼骨架,該鋼結(jié)構(gòu)還包括多根連接加固鋼管,每根連接加固鋼管的兩端分別固定在構(gòu)成鋼骨架的兩根鋼管之間。待鋼管搭設(shè)式的鋼結(jié)構(gòu)搭設(shè)完工后,校驗(yàn)該鋼結(jié)構(gòu)強(qiáng)度 符合設(shè)計(jì)要求,再在該鋼結(jié)構(gòu)頂部鋪設(shè)一層彩鋼板。然后在鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的四根鋼管橫梁上焊接多根豎直向鋼管,再然后用與鋼管橫梁平行的水平向鋼筋與同一排的豎直向鋼管通過扣件扣接固定,這樣,多根豎直向鋼管和四根水平向鋼筋就構(gòu)成了防墜落保護(hù)欄桿,,在欄桿上鉤掛標(biāo)語橫幅,整個(gè)鋼筋加工棚施工完畢。

Horizontal steel bars parallel to the steel pipe crossbeams are then fastened to the vertical steel pipes in the same row using fasteners. In this way, multiple vertical steel pipes and four horizontal steel bars form a fall protection railing. Finally, safety slogans and banners are hung on the railing, and the entire steel processing shed construction is completed.

?現(xiàn)場鋼筋加工棚一般需根據(jù)施工組織計(jì)劃,安置鋼筋對(duì)焊機(jī)、切斷機(jī)、彎曲機(jī)、調(diào)直機(jī)......等設(shè)備的數(shù)量及加工流水線;另還需考慮部分鋼筋原材料、加工后鋼筋的周轉(zhuǎn)及堆放;現(xiàn)場施工場地、用電等條件來確定;故鋼筋加工棚一般跨度在12~18m,,長度盡可能大于30m。
